Sr. Solution Manager F&A

Role Overview: As a Proposal Manager at the company, your role is crucial in helping build pipeline by effectively understanding client requirements and liaising with internal functions/stakeholders to prepare winning solutions by leveraging the capabilities within D&OP for the client. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a winning solution to fulfill the requirements of the client - Engage with customers to understand and interpret their needs correctly, and propose solutions aligned with their demands - Lead and prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and presentations, ensuring content matches the RFP - Coordinate with partners to collect relevant data and inputs for proposal requirements - Support sales team proactively during customer meetings - Collaborate with internal marketing team and external vendors for proposal creation - Manage project effectively by planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the delivery of the final solution/proposal/document - Ensure promptness and compliance of proposals by managing proposal calendars, checklists, compliance matrices, trackers, etc. - Interact with stakeholders to get relevant data/inputs for preparing documents and making revisions as necessary - Communicate among all parties throughout the proposal process and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely deliverables Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to work on multiple tasks with differing deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in proposal management and project management - Knowledge of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and proposal creation process - Ability to collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders Company Details: The company is building a modern Wipro, aiming to be an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
