Sr. Solution Manager F&A

Role Overview: As a Sr. Solution Manager F&A at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in helping build pipelines by effectively understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal functions and stakeholders to prepare winning solutions leveraging the capabilities within D&OP for the client. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare winning solutions to fulfill client requirements by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and proposing aligned solutions - Lead and prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and presentations, ensuring content matches the RFP and internal branding guidelines - Coordinate with partners to collect relevant data and inputs for proposal requirements - Proactively support sales team in customer meetings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and relevant data is included in proposals - Effectively plan, organize, lead, and control the delivery of final solutions/proposals/documents - Communicate with internal teams to gather feedback and make revisions to ensure proposals remain relevant throughout various stages - Maintain communication among all parties involved in the proposal process and identify and escalate any bottlenecks in the process - Monitor and manage proposal calendars, compliance checklists, and trackers to ensure promptness and compliance of proposals - Update sales team and stakeholders regularly on the progress of proposals Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and proposals - Experience in project management and stakeholder management - Knowledge of marketing strategies and collaboration with internal and external teams - Familiarity with formatting and editing proposals according to RFP instructions and internal branding guidelines Join Wipro, a place that empowers you to design your own reinvention and realize your ambitions.
