Sr. Software Engineer/Principal Software Engineer

As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, your role will involve designing and developing critical software components & applications as part of an agile development team. You will collaborate with multiple teams across different locations, provide mentorship for team members, and participate in interview panels to hire new members. Communication with multiple teams and personalities will be essential. Your responsibilities will also include performing code reviews, updating skills, and identifying opportunities for system performance improvement. You will implement best practices based on companywide policies, promote internal coding conventions, and contribute to technical documentation. Additionally, you will assist in removing obstacles for the team to ensure successful releases. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop critical software components & applications - Collaborate with multiple teams and provide mentorship - Conduct code reviews and update skills to stay current - Identify opportunities for system performance improvement - Implement best practices and coding conventions - Contribute to technical documentation and assist in obstacle removal for successful releases Qualifications Required: - 10+ years" software product development experience - 5+ years of experience in programming large-scale enterprise products & web applications - Experience in designing APIs using REST Architectural Style - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Development Stack, especially .NET Core/ .NET 6.0+ - Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services - Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps principles - Skilled at reviewing feature impacts, analyzing service performance, and effective time management - Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent,
