As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, your role involves designing and developing critical software components and applications as part of an agile development team. You will collaborate with multiple teams across different locations, providing mentorship to team members and participating in interview panels for new hires. Effective communication with various teams and personalities is essential, along with performing code reviews to maintain codebase quality. To stay updated, you are required to study state-of-the-art development tools and techniques, read professional publications, and maintain personal networks. Identifying opportunities for system performance improvement, reliability, security, and stability is part of your responsibilities, along with working with product owners to prepare backlog items. Implementing best practices based on companywide policies, promoting internal coding conventions, and writing comprehensive tests are crucial. Lastly, contributing to technical and design documentation and assisting in overcoming obstacles for successful releases are key duties. - 10+ years' software product development experience - 5+ years of experience in programming large-scale enterprise products and web applications - Experience in designing APIs using REST Architectural Style - Designing and implementing services using various Microservices patterns and principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Development Stack: C#, Especially .NET Core/ .NET 6.0+ - Deep knowledge of ASP .NET Core and Minimal APIs - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services including EKS, EC2, Elastic cache, Non-RDBMS, SNS, and SQS - Understanding of SDLC, programming design patterns, Agile methodology, and DevOps principles, especially GitOps and GitHub Actions - Skillful in reviewing new feature impact, analyzing service performance, and time management - Detail-oriented, professional, positive work attitude, and effective communication skills - Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description) As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, your role involves designing and developing critical software components and applications as part of an agile development team.
