Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure Management SpecialistLocation: TechM Hyd HIC SEZ T2(4 5F)Years of Experience: 7 10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Infrastructure Support and a solid understanding of ITIL practices
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure
This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality support to our internal teams and clients
Responsibilities:Manage and support the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs
Conduct regular audits and assessments of infrastructure components to ensure compliance with industry standards
Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures
Provide training and support to junior team members and other staff as needed
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to the infrastructure
Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in Infrastructure Support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution
In depth knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in infrastructure management
Experience with virtualization technologies
