Servicenow Developer Experienced 5+ years building enterprise ServiceNow apps Proficient in custom app development, custom tables, and SLA policies Configuration of Incident, Change, CMDB, FSM Mobile, CSM modules Advanced scripting using Script Includes, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, Service Portal widgets REST/SOAP integrations (GFI, TSNOW, Network Inventory systems) Experienced in managing Update Sets, CI/CD Pipelines, Test Plans Advance level configuration and JavaScript (server/client), Scripted REST APIs, MID Server scripting. Usage of Flow Designer Actions, UI Macros, UI Scripts Key deliverables developed field service workflows for WMS NT Custom APIs to TSNOW, GFI Deployed CMDB population scripts
