We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the development of our Maritime Tracking and Analysis software. This role requires a deep understanding of full-stack web development, geospatial data, Docker, Kubernetes, and product management. Cloud certifications are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Architect the full Maritime Analysis and Tracking System, ensuring it meets business needs and technical requirements. Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure the product is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Create detailed product specifications and technical documentation. Make decisions on technology stacks and architectural patterns. Oversee the implementation of product features and ensure quality control. Key Skills and Qualifications: 4-6 years of full-stack web development experience. Strong understanding of building and managing geospatial data. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of product management principles. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in maritime or geospatial software development.
