Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support overnight batch loads in IICS, ensuring successful completion by morning.
Troubleshoot and remediate basic issues in the ETL process to minimize disruptions.
Document recurring issues and resolutions to improve operational efficiency.
Learn and understand the structure and flow of the batch processes.
Gradually take on basic development tasks within IICS and related systems.
Collaborate with onshore team members for knowledge transfer and escalation support.
Support and maintainSSAS tabular cubes, including monitoring processing jobs, validating data accuracy, and troubleshooting cube-related issues.
Understand and supportSSIS packagesused to refresh SSAS cubes, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Stay informed about our future data architecture plans, including migration to Microsoft Fabric, Fivetran for ingestion, and dbt Cloud for transformations.

Informatica IICS: Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Integration, taskflows, mapping tasks, and parameterization.
SSAS Tabular Cubes: Experience with processing, validating, and troubleshooting tabular models.
SSIS: Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services, especially packages used for SSAS cube refreshes.
Job Scheduling Tools: Experience with one or more of the following:
Informatica Scheduler (native to IICS)
Azure Data Factory (if integrated)
SQL: Strong understanding for data validation and issue resolution.
