Experienced SAP Concur Administrator with over 5 years of experience managing and optimizing SAP Concur solutions in large organizations. Adept at configuring and maintaining SAP Concur profiles, expense workflows, and travel policies. Strong background in system administration, troubleshooting, and user training. Proven ability to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Hands on experience with FICO Accounts Payable module Hands on experience with Finance Technology industry experience is a plus Deep knowledge of SAP FICO and Accounts Payables with hands on configuration experience in Concur Integration with S/4 (ICS), General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables Good functional knowledge on SD and MM and their integration points with Accounting and Finance module Hands on experience in SAP Ariba and SAP ECC Configured and maintained user profiles, expense categories, approval workflows, and travel policy parameters. Worked with HR, finance, and IT teams to integrate SAP Concur with other business systems such as SAP S/4HANA and ERP. P rovided system troubleshooting and resolved user issues to ensure minimal downtime. Led user training sessions and created documentation to enhance user proficiency in SAP Concur. Monitored compliance with company policies by conducting regular audits of travel and expense reports. SAP Concur Support Specialist Possess a strong SAP Concur and FICO background with extensive experience with key support applications Possess Basic T Code and Transport experience, understand the attainable value of this integration tool, have prior implementation experience Provide support for testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
