Sr. Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our social media marketing for our companies. You will be responsible for handling the ideation to execution of content and campaigns. You need to have prior experience (freshers welcomed) in creating social media calendars, reels, creatives using Canva and short videos using any mobile or desktop video softwares

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes and social media trends You should be great at thinking out of the box, be great with visual communication and have excellent people skills

India and Global Lead Generation, should be conversant in handling all Digital Platforms like LinkedIn, FB, Google, IG etc. Person who knows post creation etc will be preferred.

Conversant with LinkedIn and other social media platforms, SEO, SEM, SMO, AEO, GEO, etc.

Responsibilities:

Strategizing the calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and Pinterest etc.

Ideating on content and campaigns for the above social media channels and developing and executing the said ideas.

Analyzing the performance of all activities monthly.

Reaching out to influencers to collaborate for brand marketing purpose across all the above channels.

Copywriting and content writing for all social content and hashtag research.

Designing creatives as and when required, creating reels and videos as and when required.

Handling dm's, comments, and outreach to relevant accounts on social channels.

Keeping all handles up to date to reflect the brands philosophy and personality.

Increase content distribution by discovering other social platforms and building for the same.

Technical requirements of the role

Bachelor's degree in any field or a 12th graduate with 2+ years work experience.

Studies in Digital or Social Media Marketing a must.

Hands on experience in content creation and management.

Proven work experience as a social media manager.

Designing a posts and reels for social media.

Knowledge of online marketing channels.

Mandatory Skills

Excellent in Powerpoint presentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Emotional & social intelligence.

Remuneration/Pay Scale

As per industry standards. Remuneration shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate with the required experience for the role advertised above.

We are accepting both Freshers as well as Experienced individuals but please be aware this is a Sr. Executive position.
