Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

Execute and monitor all civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications Manage structural, finishing, and utility work at site (RCC, PEB, Infra, etc.).
Supervise subcontractors and labour teams to ensure quality and productivity.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with planning, billing, and procurement teams for material and work schedules.
Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and manpower as per project needs.
Attend regular project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges encountered.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure safety standards and PPE usage are strictly followed on-site.
Report and resolve any quality or safety issues immediately.

Measurement & Documentation

Take daily measurements and maintain proper records of executed work.
Assist in preparation of RA bills and contractor work verification.
Maintain site logbooks, labor reports, and daily progress reports (DPR).

Drawing & Technical Handling

Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings accurately.
Raise technical queries (RFIs) for discrepancies or missing details.
Ensure execution is in line with the latest GFC drawings and specifications.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering execution practices.
Hands-on experience in industrial projects (factories, warehouses, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
