Key Responsibilities: Site Execution & Supervision Execute and monitor all civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications Manage structural, finishing, and utility work at site (RCC, PEB, Infra, etc.). Supervise subcontractors and labour teams to ensure quality and productivity. Project Coordination Coordinate with planning, billing, and procurement teams for material and work schedules. Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and manpower as per project needs. Attend regular project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges encountered. Quality & Safety Compliance Implement and monitor quality control checks at various stages of construction. Ensure safety standards and PPE usage are strictly followed on-site.
