Sr. Service Engineer

Roles:

*Service of Pumps & Spare Sales

*Product specialization

*Customer follow-ups

*Support order closure

*After service support & CSAT feedback

*Gathering market data

*Supporting marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:

* Covering the entire territory responsible for Service & Spare Sales.

* Service and maintanence of pumps.

* Support in increasing spare sales for the territory.

* Promptly attending break down calls.

* Providing proactive customer service and training

* Effective trouble shooting to achieve first time resolution of machine.

* Striving for performance inprovements for machines handled.

* Meticulous follow-ups with customers and internal teams.

* Proactivily managing PMS and spares inventory.

* Achieving timely order closure.

* Promptly reaching out for support for challenging situations.

* Collecting market and competition information from the territory.

* Controlling of receivables and collection of statutory documents.

* Support promotional activities like technical seminars, presentations, exhibitions in the territory.

* Collaborating and striving for teamwork.

* Taking necessary learning wherever required in a best possible way.

* Adhering to organizational values at all times.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• Engineers from other streams can be considered if combined with relevant experience.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in the Service of Industrial products and sales of spares.
• Preference will be given to experience in servicing Rotary Equipment

Specific functional knowledge and skills:

• Servicing of Capital Equipment, preferably Rotary Equipment
• Selling Spares
