Job Title: Sr SEO Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 Years Department: Marketing About the Role: We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. You’ll work on growing our organic traffic, improving our visibility on Google and AI search platforms, and helping create high-quality, search-friendly content. You’ll use the latest SEO techniques—including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) , Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) , and AI-powered tools —to make sure our content ranks and performs across search and AI platforms. Key Responsibilities: Perform keyword research and create SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and product pages. Optimize content for both Google and emerging AI-powered platforms like Google SGE, Bing Chat, and Perplexity. Support AEO strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and answer boxes. Use AI tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up content research and SEO writing. Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to improve SEO across the site. Help implement structured data (schema markup) for rich results. Track rankings, analyze traffic, and suggest improvements based on data. Stay up to date with Google updates and SEO trends. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Solid understanding of on-page SEO, content optimization, and basic technical SEO. Familiar with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Surfer, etc. Some experience using AI tools to support SEO research or writing. Comfortable with keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of structured data and page speed optimization is a plus. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress. Familiar with GEO or optimizing content for AI-generated summaries. Some exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Python scripts, etc.). Interest in how AI is changing SEO and digital content.
