Sr. SAP CRM Technical Consultant

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have the following qualifications and experience: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for SAP ABAP development with a focus on RICEFW, Interactive ALV Reporting, Dialog programming, BAPI, RFC, EDI, Idoc, ALE, Sap-script, Smart Forms, Interactive Forms, and Adobe. Additionally, you will have a strong background in Configuration of CRM Web UI Interface, UI configuration tool, Navigation Bar & Business Role configurations, BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) / Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library and extensions, ABAP Objects, ABAP development, service management module, Middleware, and Action Management in CRM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs using RICEFW methodology - Create Interactive ALV Reports and Dialog programming - Utilize BAPI, RFC, EDI, Idoc, ALE, Sap-script, Smart Forms, Interactive Forms, and Adobe for development tasks - Configure CRM Web UI Interface, UI configuration tool, Navigation Bar & Business Role configurations - Work with BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) / Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library, and extensions - Implement ABAP Objects and ABAP development for the service management module - Debug Middleware queues, analyze BDOCs, and configure basic middleware settings - Manage Action Management in CRM and customize Transaction Types, Copying Control, Date Profile, Text Profile, etc. - Set up Web Client UI architecture, Business Role Configuration, Navigation Bar Profile, UI Configuration Tool, and more - Handle CRM Middleware tasks such as creating Logical Systems, maintaining RFC connections, replication objects, sites, publications, and subscriptions **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP - Proficiency in SAP CRM with 2 years of experience - Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, PI, HANA, and JAVA - ABAP / CRM / ITIL Certification would be a plus This is a challenging opportunity where you can utilize your SAP ABAP skills and CRM knowledge to contribute to the success of the company.,
