Since you are part of a global team, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate and communicate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. **Required competencies**: - 10+ years of experience in AEM development with expertise in Sites, Templates, Sling, HTL, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Clouds. - Strong full-stack experience, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular is a plus). - Proven experience leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers. - Agile mindset with experience in Scrum/Kanban workflows. - Hands-on experience with version control (Git, TFS) and containerized environments (Docker). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and security. - Adobe Experience Manager certification is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.
