Sr. Sales & Service Engineer

We are Mumbai based company dealing in instruments related to Clinical Pathology Laboratory (IVD). We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting activities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide prompt after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering.
• Proven experience in Sales / Service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
