Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager in Real Estate, located in Pune Undri Location. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, establishing sales objectives, developing sales strategies, and building client relationships. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, negotiations, sales presentations, and closing deals. The role also requires maintaining market knowledge, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales management is preferred
