Sr. Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations to promote and sell products to targeted customers and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling products and services to potential customers in a designated region. This role requires actively engaging with potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your duties will include traveling to find new construction sites and meeting with site engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, dealers, builders, and distributors. You will be contacting clients and prospects to understand their needs and present products, as well as conducting price negotiations to reach favorable agreements for both parties. It is important to stay informed about industry trends, including product prices and demand, and to set and achieve sales targets to contribute to business growth. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the building material industry. Specifically, at least 3 years of experience in Building Materials like Bison Panel, fiber cement board, gypsum board, sandwich panels, boards, Tile adhesive, Putty, Block fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, Ceramic is required. Please note that work experience in cement and RMC will not be considered for this position. Other responsibilities include generating business leads, maintaining statistical data for reporting purposes, and submitting daily sales reports to the reporting head.
