Sr. Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our engineering company, your role will involve generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our engineering products/services across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the engineering/manufacturing sector. - Coordinating with clients to present and promote engineering products or services. - Understanding customer needs and offering customized solutions based on technical requirements. - Preparing quotations and delivering technical presentations to prospective clients. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. - Achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business. - Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate delivery of customer requirements. - Providing market feedback to the internal team for product development and improvement. - Participating in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or related field. - 03 years of sales experience in an engineering or industrial setting (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). - Good understanding of technical products and the ability to learn quickly. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. - Ability to work independently and in a team.
