Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally.
• Drive sales through promotional campaigns, discounts, and online strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Support digital marketing team in driving traffic and conversions on e-commerce portals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
• Note: Candidates who are pursuing studies will not be considered.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
