Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate leads for booth sales and event sponsorships through research, networking, and outreach.
· Draft compelling proposals tailored to prospective clients and sponsors, highlighting the value of partnering with ISF events.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and sponsors to close deals effectively.
· Manage end-to-end sales processes for ISF reports and sponsorship packages.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booth setups and sponsor deliverables.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of ISF’s event initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
· 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in event management, sponsorship sales, or B2B sales.
· Proven expertise in lead generation, proposal drafting, and negotiation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Knowledge of the HR events industry is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for drafting proposals and presentations.
· Based in Delhi with willingness to travel for events as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
