Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ERP Business Developer to promote and sell ERP solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, client needs, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP products
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with the technical team to align solutions with client needs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+years of experience in ERP sales or business development
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,655.66 per month
