Sr. Sales Engineer

As a Sales Executive, your role is to improve market coverage in the region by generating a pipeline from prospect visits and ensuring order intake in terms of both number of units and value, with a focus on capturing market share. You will be responsible for forecasting month-on-month order intakes and reporting on lost orders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain customer contacts by providing quick responses to customer queries and coordinating with internal colleagues to meet customer needs. - Track competitors" approaches and market information to stay ahead in the market. Deliverables & Key Attributes: - Conduct requirement studies to recommend the optimum machines to customers. - Track enquiries from users and convert them into purchasers. - Provide timely updates to customers on pending orders and maintain continuous contact even after the supply of equipment. - Create leads and update customer master data. Sales Planning: - Ensure accurate data entry into the company's CRM or other sales management tools. - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE Mechanical / MBA - Specialized Knowledge: Geography, market segments, industry, product & applications - Skills: Customer handling, presentation - Abilities: Manpower handling & motivation, forecasting, ability to handle the territory independently - Other Characteristics: Self-driven, methodical, analytical, go-getter Additionally, the company values professional certifications in computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.,
