Sr Sales Coordinator

You are being sought after to join as a Senior Sales Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, handling sales orders, and supporting the sales team. - Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for satisfaction, reorders, and retention. - Contact and interact with new customers to generate business and convert it into sales. - Build strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. - Maintain updated customer databases and interaction records. - Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution. - Guide and support junior sales staff whenever required. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles. - You should be smart, confident, and have an attractive personality. - Good computer skills (MS Office). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language preferred).
