Prepare and maintain all sales documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and agreements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and feedback.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records. Assist in drafting and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.Respond to email and phone inquiries related to sales and product details.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls for the sales team. Support the sales team with documentation required for tenders, vendor registration. Handle after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication skill in Malayalam,English &Hindi (Fluent in English &Hindi)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
