Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Rigging Supervisor to lead our rigging operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing rigging projects, ensuring safety compliance, and managing a team of rigging personnel.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage rigging operations on site to ensure safety and efficiency.
Plan and execute rigging projects, including assessments of load capacities and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and other teams to schedule rigging activities.
Conduct inspections of rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Train and mentor rigging personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in rigging supervision or related field.
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Proficiency in using rigging tools and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and slings.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid rigging certification and safety training certifications.
