Sr. Research Scientist

As a Research and Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a set of research tasks including benchmarking targets, compiling research data, and ensuring regulatory compliances such as ISO, NABL, and Internal Management system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing lab and scale-up activities for research and development, cost reduction, value addition, and new inventions - Ensuring the reproducibility of experimental data - Organizing and managing facilities for experiments and scale-up processes - Developing and implementing method development for solving assigned tasks - Creating SOPs for lab and scale-up experiments - Reviewing and validating experiments and methodologies - Compiling technical reports for publication and IP - Coordinating safety processes such as PHA and PSSR - Managing proper disposal of chemical waste You must hold a Ph.D. in science or engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience relevant to the position. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Remaining updated on assigned tasks and related work through literature surveys - External liaising and participation in commercial trials - Identifying facility upgrade needs and initiating procurement procedures - Ensuring compliance with internal technical management systems - Initiating collaborations with external experts - Enforcing HSE procedures in the laboratory Your sound knowledge in execution and management of the specific field will be crucial for success in this role.,
