As a Sr. Renewal Sales Specialist at Adobe in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with existing VIP customers in India. Your responsibilities will include achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets, ensuring growth on renewals and upsell/cross-sell, pro-actively prospecting on accounts renewing in the year, conducting customer and partner meetings to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market and competitor activities, and always acting with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets - Ensure growth on renewals and upsell/cross-sell - Plan and prioritize activities including pro-active prospecting on accounts renewing, post-sales engagement, and targeted campaigns - Conduct customer and partner meetings to deepen relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors - Collaborate with Account Executives and Channels team to support and close opportunities - Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights - Always act with integrity and professionalism Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment - Understanding of the end-to-end value-based sales cycle - Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Highly motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills - Experience in identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts - High level of ethics, integrity, and team spirit - Willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to innovation Please note that Adobe is committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity.
