Sr. Relationship Manager- RBD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring effective and smooth relationships with assigned banks in the region to drive business growth. Your role will involve prospecting, selling, and managing Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales people in Public sector banks who are also involved in mutual funds. You will play a key role in influencing decision-making at senior levels to gain mind share from the PSU banks. Additionally, you will be involved in developing business through consultative engagement with Branch managers, Senior RMs, Regional Heads, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include mapping opportunities for primary selling, relationship management, and cross-selling a range of Mutual Fund (investment) Products. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned banks to drive business growth - Prospect, sell, and manage Relationship Managers and Sales people in Public sector banks involved in mutual funds - Influence decision-making at senior levels within PSU banks to gain mind share - Develop business through consultative engagement with Branch managers, Senior RMs, Regional Heads, and other key stakeholders - Map opportunities for primary selling, relationship management, and cross-selling various Mutual Fund products Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within the banking or financial services industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively with senior-level decision-makers - Knowledge of Mutual Fund products and investment strategies is a plus (Note: The JD does not contain any additional details about the company.),
