About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Frontend Developer with strong React.js skills and proven team leadership experience. You’ll lead our frontend team to build high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the frontend development team.
• Develop responsive, high-performance applications in React.js.
• Collaborate with designers & backend teams for seamless integration.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in a team lead role.
• Strong in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, Agile.

Preferred Skills:
Next.js, TypeScript, testing frameworks (Jest/Enzyme), CI/CD, AWS/Azure.
