Sr. Quality Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer at our company based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will be tasked with reviewing system requirements, creating detailed test plans, and tracking quality assurance metrics to maintain high standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback, creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, estimating and coordinating testing activities, identifying and tracking bugs, performing regression testing, and developing testing processes for new and existing products. Additionally, you will investigate non-conforming software issues, train users on implementing solutions, stay updated on new testing tools and strategies, and track quality assurance metrics. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience in software quality assurance, a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience in writing clear test plans and cases, proficiency in white box and black box testing, knowledge of SQL and scripting, familiarity with SDLC, STLC, agile methodologies, and QA tools. You should be an expert in end-to-end testing, possess strong manual testing skills, and be open to learning new technologies.
