Sr. Quality Analyst - B2B Lead Generation

You will be a part of GO MO Group, an international digital marketing agency specializing in assisting B2B companies in adapting to changing buying behaviors through data-driven strategies. The agency's focus on B2B pull marketing includes services like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), digital analysis and strategy proposals, website design and development, and Account and Segment-Based Experience (ASBX) for B2B outbound lead generation. The company has a global presence with offices in Sweden, England, and India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring calls and calibrating them effectively - Evaluating the prospects" intent during call audits and providing feedback to calling representatives accordingly - Adhering to all specifications provided by clients for various campaigns, including job titles, industry type, employee size, suppressions, emails, etc. - Ensuring maximum accuracy on leads audited based on client-provided specifications - Providing one-on-one feedback to agents when necessary - Collaborating with departments both internally and externally To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proficient command over English communication - Preferably a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance (QA) - Experience in B2B, quality audits, and call monitoring would be advantageous,
