Sr. Quality Analyst - B2B Lead Generation

You will be working at GO MO Group, an international digital marketing agency specializing in assisting B2B companies in adapting to changing buying behaviors through data-driven strategies. The agency's primary focus is on B2B pull marketing, offering services like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), digital analysis, strategy proposals, website design and development, and Account and Segment-Based Experience (ASBX) for B2B outbound lead generation. The company has a global presence with offices in Sweden, England, and India. Your responsibilities will include monitoring calls and calibrating them, assessing prospects" intent during call audits, providing feedback to calling representatives, following all client specifications for various campaigns (job titles, industry type, employee size, suppressions, emails, etc.), ensuring the accuracy of leads audited based on client specifications, offering one-on-one feedback to agents as needed, and collaborating with departments internally and externally. To qualify for this role, you should have a proficient command of English communication, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in B2B, quality audits, and call monitoring would be advantageous.,
