Senior Qlik Sense Developer / Team Lead

About the Role

EzDataMunch is looking for experienced Qlik Sense professionals to join our BI team.

We’re open to hiring at Senior Developer or Team Lead levels based on experience and leadership potential.

Qlik Sense (On-Premise & Cloud)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and data models.
• Create and optimize ETL processes within Qlik Sense.
• Manage Qlik architecture, security, and performance tuning.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable BI insights.

For Team Lead Role

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers.
• Oversee architecture, governance, and project delivery.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new Qlik features.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense & BI.
• Expertise in Qlik On-Premise and Cloud.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of QMC administration and security management.
• Familiarity with Qlik extensions or NPrinting (added advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Work Environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Remote / Work From Home (IST hours).
