Sr. QA Engineer

Job Summary:

Software QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive 

  manual and automated test cases

   for complex healthcare applications.
• Perform both 

  black box and white box testing

   across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other QA engineers to 

  identify, log, and track bugs and enhancements

  .
• Ensure applications meet 

  regulatory compliance standards

   (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
• Analyze system requirements and technical design documents to prepare test strategies.
• Develop and maintain 

  automated test frameworks

   and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform 

  API testing

  , database validation, and integration testing.
• Contribute to defining and evolving QA processes and best practices for large-scale product development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Proactively identify 

  risks, performance bottlenecks

  , and areas for improvement in QA.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 37 years

   of experience in software quality assurance.

• Healthcare domain experience is preferred

   (EHR, EMR, claims processing, health portals, etc.).
• Strong understanding of 

  black box and white box testing techniques

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  test automation tools

   (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with 

  API testing tools

   (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with 

  SQL/database testing

   and ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge of 

  compliance and regulatory standards

   like HIPAA, HL7, FHIR.
• Experience working in 

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience testing in a 

  microservices architecture

   is a plus.
• Exposure to 

  CI/CD tools

   (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
