Sr. QA Analyst

As a Senior QA Analyst at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by executing QA processes and adhering to development standards. Your expertise in QA automation and SDLC will be pivotal in delivering top-notch applications that meet evolving business requirements. Working closely with the lead QA Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and fast-paced team while enhancing your professional knowledge and skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write effective test cases and test steps using tools like Jira, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, and Percy, demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements and visual designs. - Design and execute automated and manual test strategies, leveraging web application testing procedures, techniques, and tools. - Coordinate with the Marketing IT team for the daily operation of applications and deployment processes across various environments. - Conduct system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and cross-browser testing, ensuring appropriate documentation is in place. - Communicate results to key stakeholders and coordinate logistics with other IT staff. - Participate in user acceptance testing and collaborate with business analysts for exploratory testing. - Knowledge of performance, accessibility, and security vulnerability testing is a plus. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience. - 5-7 years of experience in a related area, demonstrating technical and professional capabilities. - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer, preferably with experience testing a CMS platform. - Technical project experience through a full system development life cycle. - Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to learn new skills and technologies. - Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite is preferred.
