Sr. Project Estimator

Role Overview: As a Sr. Project Estimator at DIP PROJECTS in Surat, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, resources, and time required for civil engineering projects. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately estimate the costs, resources, and time required for civil engineering projects. - Prepare tenders and bids for both public and private sector projects. - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project needs are met. - Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for projects. - Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and mitigate them. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project estimates. - Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure project success. - Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate estimation accuracy and outcomes. - Prepare tender and bill checking of sites. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in cost estimating for civil construction projects. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. - High attention to detail to ensure precise and well-documented estimates. - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
