Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical Location: Kochi, Kerala Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Sr. Project Engineer- Electrical with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering to oversee the implementation of EV (Electric Vehicle) charging infrastructure projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects while leading a team of junior engineers and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the planning, installation, and commissioning of EV charging stations across various locations in Kerala. Coordinate with vendors, clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution. Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians at various project sites. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and electrical layouts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and electrical codes. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to the senior management. Manage project budgets, timelines, and material procurement. Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Conduct site visits, inspections, and testing before and after installation. Support in documentation, approvals, and technical submissions as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) . Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure or renewable energy projects (EV experience preferred). Strong understanding of power systems, electrical circuits, and energy distribution. Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Willingness to travel across Kerala for site supervision and inspections. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
