Sr. Project Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - Structural Design (Tekla Skills) We are hiring a highly experienced Sr. Project Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - Structural Design with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering and possess strong expertise in Structural Design, specifically with strong Tekla Skills. This leadership role is crucial for leading and overseeing the detailed structural modeling and detailing of complex steel structures. Your primary responsibilities will include creating highly accurate 3D structural models using Tekla Structures, ensuring design intent is captured precisely. You will be responsible for developing detailed fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) from the Tekla model. This involves ensuring all connections, members, and details comply with engineering specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with structural engineers to interpret analysis results and optimize designs for constructability and efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for clash detection, ensuring coordination with other disciplines like piping and electrical. As an Associate Technical Leader, you may also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior detailers and designers. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong spatial reasoning, and proficiency in Tekla will be essential in delivering high-quality, error-free structural designs and documentation.
