Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Advisor (CFA, ACCA, CMA, FRM Programs) located in Mumbai. The Senior Program Advisor will handle the end-to-end responsibilities of managing these programs, including advising potential candidates, understanding their career goals, and ensuring they enroll in the right programs. The Advisor will also be responsible for achieving target-based goals, assisting students throughout their learning journey, and providing valuable career guidance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with industry professionals and contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Advisory skills
• Experience in Finance and Investments
• Strong understanding of CFA, ACCA, CMA, and FRM programs
• Ability to achieve target-based goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in educational advising or a related field is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of the education industry and familiarity with educational technology
