Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Professional Services Consultant at our consulting group, you will be responsible for delivering configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. You will serve as the subject matter expert in configuring and customizing Tungsten Automation Corporation products for our Partners and End Users. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customers based on requirements document - Provide technical leadership to customers on the Tungsten Automation Corporation solution as configured to their requirements - Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget - Function as the Tungsten Automation Corporation subject matter expert when onsite at the customer's location - Work independently in developing a solution per the customer's requirements - Document all customer-specific configurations - Install Tungsten Automation Corporation configuration in customer environments when not implementing cloud / SaaS solutions Qualification Required: - Strong written communication, clear verbal communication, and presentation skills to enable interactions with a global employee and customer base - Multiple language skills are a plus (E.g., French, German, Dutch, etc.) - Consultative communications style, effective listener - Ability to work collaboratively with team members, understand team objectives, and help the team meet these objectives - Understanding of customers" goals and objectives - Adherence to established work schedule and plans - Attention to detail - Strong listening skills, asking questions to clarify for understanding - Ability to develop and manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented - Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills - Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization - Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services - SQL Server based skills; in areas such as MS SQL Server architecture, design, and tuning - Experience writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET programming languages - Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements - Escalation of support issues with appropriate internal resources when necessary - Transfer/sharing of technical knowledge to other team members - Accurate and professional documentation of all work - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) - Ability to work alternative shifts and client hours when necessary - Willingness to travel to customer project locations as needed Additional Company Details: Tungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vets.
