Job Description

As a Sr. Professional Services Consultant at Tungsten Automation Corporation, your role involves delivering configurable solutions to end user customers and partners. You will be the subject matter expert in configuring and customizing Tungsten Automation Corporation products. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customers based on requirements document - Provide technical leadership on the configured solution to customers - Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget - Act as the subject matter expert for Tungsten Automation Corporation on-site at customer locations - Independently develop solutions based on customer requirements - Document all customer-specific configurations - Install Tungsten Automation Corporation configurations in customer environments when not implementing cloud/SaaS solutions Qualifications Required: - Strong written and verbal communication skills for global interactions - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and understand team objectives - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience with SQL Server and scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to work alternative shifts and travel to customer project locations as needed Tungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vets.
