2) Position : Sr. Production Manager3) Experience Required : 5+ years4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 35000 PM to 45000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge5) Job Location : Kuha, Ahmedabad6) Job Description :

Education : BE / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

Managing entire production department & production operations
Daily production planning, execution & monitoring
Maintain production quality as per company standards
Achieve production targets within defined timelines
Coordinate with Quality, Design & Store team
Prepare production reports, records & documentation
Manpower handling & ensuring discipline on shop floor
Ensure safety, 5S, and continuous improvement in production area

Required Skills:

Leadership & Team Management
Problem solving & decision making
Knowledge of Pumps / Valves manufacturing processes
Strong communication & coordination skills
Computer Proficiency (Excel / ERP preferred)
