Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our Guidewire-based solutions. With a focus on integration and optimization the candidate will leverage their expertise in GW Cloud Integration Framework SQL and Guidewire tools to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure seamless product delivery and support.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration and optimization of Guidewire-based solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.

Oversee the development and maintenance of SQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.

Provide expertise in Guidewire Tools and accelerators to streamline product development and deployment.

Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance to ensure optimal operation.

Implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business requirements and improve user experience.

Develop and maintain Java applications to support integration and functionality of Guidewire solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GW APD and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Drive the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite to enhance system interoperability and data flow.

Analyze and address technical challenges to ensure seamless product operation and user satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of training materials and support documentation for end-users.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for product enhancements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.

Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in GW Cloud Integration Framework SQL and Guidewire tools.

Demonstrate proficiency in Java and experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Have experience with Splunk for system monitoring and analysis.

Exhibit knowledge in Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration.

Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Agent Compensation and Agent Set-up & Training is a plus.

Certifications Required

Guidewire Certified Associate Java SE Programmer Certification
