Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager at Zendesk, you will be leading the development of new ITSM functionality to help customers implement ITIL compliant Change Management workflows in Zendesk's Employee Service initiative. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, driving the delivery of ITSM capabilities, and collaborating with global teams to lead cross-functional projects with high visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product roadmap for Change Management for ITSM within the Zendesk platform. - Synthesize customer insights, market trends, and company vision to deliver powerful capabilities in a user-friendly manner. - Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and marketers to drive projects that excite and engage customers. - Engage with customers, analyze product data, and conduct competitive research to develop a compelling vision for the evolution of employee service offering. - Prioritize impactful roadmap initiatives and propose appropriate success metrics for the product. - Advocate for simplicity, usability, and customer-centric design in all product discussions. - Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances. - Communicate effectively with written and verbal skills. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of product management experience in an agile software development environment. - Experience in ITSM and ITIL. - History of delivering impactful, scalable, and reliable products that advance the business. - Passion for building exceptional user experiences. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Experience in data-driven enterprise-scale B2B SaaS products. - Knowledge of metric gathering and dashboarding tools. - Experience in delivering features involving ML and AI.
