Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Layout short and long-term roadmap of the U- Selfserve offering
  • Drive innovation and market leadership
  • Own the product roadmap and development of new generation of U-selfserve solution using AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Own the end-to-end product management cycle from concept to market success, and lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and AI teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines.
  • Prioritize business requirements and have these translated to product functional & technical requirements.
  • Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story of your products.
  • Track product pipeline and sales and analyze growth trends and obstacles.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement conclusions into the roadmap.
  • Oversee product literature and Demos.
  • Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meeting to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners.
  • Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media.
Required Skills Experience
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS based web-based products with
  • Experience in Product Management for LLM-based AI solutions and/or speech/conversation analytics products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and their application in building conversational virtual agent/AI Agents self-service applications.
  • Knowledge of speech technologies such as ASR TTS used in real time voice communications.
  • Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with modern visual conversational dialog management tools
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market needs and trends into innovative product solutions.
  • Proven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for contact centers
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives.
  • Ability to stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to evolving product strategies.
  • Highly collaborative, skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
