Job Description

You will be part of the Merchant team within the Uber Eats delivery marketplace, leading a cross-functional team to ship best-in-class Merchant Experiences. Your responsibilities will include forming a strong vision and roadmap for a particular part of the merchant journey, selling that vision internally to stakeholders and leadership, and collaborating with market-facing and engineering teams to address business needs with innovative product features. You will also monitor and measure launched products, communicate product plans and results to various audiences, and work closely with different teams to identify features for future development. Additionally, you will ensure synchronization with other teams across the Merchant portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class Merchant Experiences - Form a strong vision and roadmap for a specific part of the merchant journey - Collaborate with market-facing and engineering teams to address business needs with innovative product features - Monitor and measure launched products, providing insights for product development - Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to various audiences - Work closely with different teams to identify features for future development - Ensure synchronization with other teams across the Merchant portfolio - Support leadership with strategic inputs on product enhancements and cross-team initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of product management experience delivering successful and innovative products - Empathy towards cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and merchants - Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable steps - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Readiness to engage hands-on in tasks - Tech-savviness and ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams - Understanding of UX best practices for top-class end-customer experiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making - Attention to detail The team is responsible for building Enterprise-grade products for highly scaled merchants working with Uber for online food delivery across 25+ geographies. This is a global Product role that contributes significantly to improving Merchant outcomes and enhancing their experience on the food delivery marketplace.,
