Sr. Product GTM Analyst

As a Business Operations Sr. Analyst at Automation Anywhere, you will be a key player in supporting the CPO/CCSO/COOs offices by collaborating with global Product and Customer Success Operations teams, functional leaders, and other business units. Your responsibilities will include providing planning, reporting, and analytical support to enhance business performance, facilitate strategic planning, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and experience working in a cross-functional environment. You will collaborate closely with global, regional, and functional leaders to gather, validate, and analyze sales and operational data. Acting as a liaison between leadership and various functional areas such as Product, Finance, Marketing, and CSM teams will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and executive reporting. Ensuring data accuracy and deriving actionable insights from key business metrics will be crucial in this role. Providing analytical insights on key performance indicators like revenue attainment, operational performance, product adoption, and license utilization will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest data-backed solutions to enhance business outcomes. In terms of project and process management, you will support strategic initiatives and process improvements initiated by the CPO/CCSO/COOs offices and ensure timely delivery of operational reports and projects by coordinating across multiple teams. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or sales operations roles. Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and program management are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce. Having proven abilities in data visualization and presentation skills would be advantageous. Problem-solving skills focused on process improvements and business optimization are highly valued in this position.
