Sr. Product GTM Analyst

As a Business Operations Sr. Analyst at Automation Anywhere, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CPO/CCSO/COOs offices by collaborating with global Product and Customer Success Operations teams, functional leaders, and other business units. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Global, Regional and Functional Leaders: - Partnering with global and regional Product and Customer Success Operations teams to collect, validate, and analyze sales and operational data - Acting as a liaison between leadership and functional leaders (e.g., Product, Finance, Marketing, CSM teams) - Reporting and Dashboard Creation: - Developing, maintaining, and automating reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and executive reporting - Ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights from key business metrics - Analytical Insights and Business Performance Tracking: - Providing insights on KPIs such as revenue attainment, operational performance, product adoption, and license utilization - Identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing data-backed solutions to improve business outcomes - Project and Process Management: - Assisting in managing strategic initiatives and process improvements driven by the CPO/CCSO/COOs offices - Ensuring timely delivery of operational reports and projects, coordinating across multiple teams Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or sales operations roles - Strong data analysis, reporting, and program management experience - Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce - Proven data visualization and presentation (ppt) skills would be preferable - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements and business optimization Please note that all unsolicited resumes submitted to any @automationanywhere.com email address, whether submitted by an individual or by an agency, will not be eligible for an agency fee.,
